K14 Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Start

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the k14 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using k14's services.
These terms apply to all users of the k14 platform — from new registrants to existing members. The terms outlined on this page should be read together with k14's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
Age Restriction: k14's services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Account creation or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation Requirements
- Each user may only create one account.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Withdrawals will not be available until account verification is complete.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
Password & Security
- Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your responsibility.
- Your password must not be shared with anyone.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify k14 immediately.
- Users are responsible for all activity that takes place through their account.
Platform Usage Rules
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using k14's services:
- Engaging in fraud, deception, or any other form of dishonest activity.
- Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to access or modify another user's account information.
- Any activity that could harm k14's systems or network.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All transactions at k14 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved mobile payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits below the minimum required amount will not be processed.
- A valid transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
- K14 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

Liability Limitations, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
K14's total liability for any financial loss, data loss, or technical issues arising from use of the platform is limited. k14 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, network disruptions, or third-party issues. However, where a platform error is confirmed, the relevant amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Account Suspension & Closure
K14 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or account inactivity. Any verifiable balance will be settled before an account is closed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the k14 platform — including logos, designs, software, page layouts, and text — is protected under k14's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Services & Links
The k14 platform uses third-party payment gateways and software providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. k14 is not responsible for the quality, data security, or performance of third-party services. However, k14 ensures secure, encrypted connections with its selected payment partners.
Terms Modification Policy
K14 reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
